Was once a company I enjoyed working for - it aspired to evolve and be a force for change in the auto retail industry. Today it embodies most of the worst stereotypes you will find about car dealerships.

It's like working in a cult environment

You can make good money if you're talented at your job. Most coworkers aren't. Corporate is absolutely detached from the reality of what goes on at the dealerships and the daily struggles with broken software, while they party like rockstars and hand out millions in salaries to hollow suits

Terrible supervisors. Supervisors that bully you. Supervisors that try to tell you to do impossible things because she doesn't know your job and doesn't want to learn. You can try to have a calm discussion but you are accused of having an attitude because you don't agree with her

Having a coherent strategy, stop micromanaging, develop a rigorous plan for how to accomplish goals rather than just screaming in meetings about them.

management, structure, stability, and being equal to all employees

Improving the excitement and presence of dealership, motivating us to work to do better and accomplish our dreams and goals, encouraging each other instead of bashing each other, and accountability on all levels.

Actually listening to employees especially regarding there supervisors performance. If you don't believe them, look at all the people who left under that person. No one has had a raise in years.

Do there job. Listen to the employee not just give lip service

Bonus's and equity compensation are excellent.

Commissions percentages, bonuses, and spiffs could improved compared to other nearby dealerships.

No one like to be bullied. And no one likes to be coached to take a job only to find out they lied to you about what the job was and what it was going to pay. No raises. And insurance has tricked us into taking $200. out of each check.

I don't have a problem with anyone person at the sales rep level. Everyone on a general level is helpful to a certain extent.

We are diverse. Have good relationship except the nagging of clocking in and out. Most of the time i been told that i havent clocked in when i have. There must be a tecnical problem, but they see it as is my fault.

If the top end was better I am sure things would trickle down into a better work environment. At the moment it is completely backwards.

Everything being done here right now needs change

Need to change the boss .

Structure the pay plan according to somebody's experience and incentives for being ranked in the top tier of managers. Also the training although it's good for one day anybody in the car, Business knows it takes solid training for two weeks by people that that is what they do for Living a living

Not too many layers of interviews but you were able to speak with most of the people you end up working closely with.

The manager was more positive then the General Manager

The drive Director at the time was a different one than the current one. He was very personable and made it easy for me to get into the flow of work.

The company exists to extract as much revenue as they can from customers every time they dare to venture into a dealership. Talk of improving customer satisfaction and retention and rewarding loyal customers is all lip service that is not supported by the company's actions.

Better pay, appreciation for workers, positive work attitude

Under trained management. Losing valuable employees. It does have an effect on sales

The fact that there is potential to grow.

Pay employees a little more and make the bonus slightly hire. South Florida is really expensive
