What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? We are diverse. Have good relationship except the nagging of clocking in and out. Most of the time i been told that i havent clocked in when i have. There must be a tecnical problem, but they see it as is my fault.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?great overall place to work
What did you like most about the interview process?interviewing here was very great
What needs to change to make the company culture better? If the top end was better I am sure things would trickle down into a better work environment. At the moment it is completely backwards.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Being human and not being shady used car salesmen
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? No one like to be bullied. And no one likes to be coached to take a job only to find out they lied to you about what the job was and what it was going to pay. No raises. And insurance has tricked us into taking $200. out of each check.
