Actually listening to employees especially regarding there supervisors performance. If you don't believe them, look at all the people who left under that person. No one has had a raise in years.

They pay you the least amount possible and if you're unhappy with pay, a discussion of a raise is not even considered . You're easily replaceable with someone else willing to work for less untill they find out just how bad it is there and the process starts all over again .

I don't have a problem with anyone person at the sales rep level. Everyone on a general level is helpful to a certain extent.
If the top end was better I am sure things would trickle down into a better work environment. At the moment it is completely backwards.

Structure the pay plan according to somebody's experience and incentives for being ranked in the top tier of managers. Also the training although it's good for one day anybody in the car, Business knows it takes solid training for two weeks by people that that is what they do for Living a living
