What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Actually listening to employees especially regarding there supervisors performance. If you don't believe them, look at all the people who left under that person. No one has had a raise in years.

Do there job. Listen to the employee not just give lip service

communication with there employees and treat other with respect

listening to employee complaints about broken equipment and unreliable coworkers

Business Ethics 101. Treat ppl how you would want to be treated.

Being leaders and caring about employees

Taking verbal harassment &/or discrimination more serious. & not downplaying peoples own respect for themselves & them have to lower it to work. Responsibility Being considerate Better communicators(was not trained properly)

Everything stop spreading rumors. Heather shoukd be fired for all she put me through.

My managers are terrible, they have never once done anything to boost moral or motivation. They rely heavily on retaliation to get the most out of their sales people

Leadership needs to lead not look to screw employees

Reinvesting into the employees and facilities. Stop stealing employee bonuses and perks.

Communication, they do not know to communicate with anyone

Better management. Disrepecting you in front of cuatomers and coworkers is absolutely unacceptable

fair and without retaliatiory, very sad. really want it to work and be productive but its not because mangers are very hostile and vendictive. everyone is scared in thier pants

Employee care. The leadership has a habit of giving out whatever when a customer is mad. And not paying employees for work flagged
