AutoNation Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

everything is very good here

Nothing is wrong with my compensation

Good medical covage and pay is competitive

I have my own (private)healthcare etc plan.

The money is good, but mental health is valued more

The benefits and perks offered.

Eye dental and gealth bennifits

All of it! Hard to pick

Review from Customer Success Dept

There are alot of options available

I do not know. Do not have it

RETENTION BONUS IN NOV IS PARAMOUNT

I receive an annual bonus

Review from HR Dept

The pay is good and the retirement is great also

Review from Customer Support Dept

The pay and benefits are the best

Review from Sales Dept

The 401k matching I guess

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No one like to be bullied. And no one likes to be coached to take a job only to find out they lied to you about what the job was and what it was going to pay. No raises. And insurance has tricked us into taking $200. out of each check.

Hiring competent officer and management

I need you not to underestimate me

More training amd promotions that are required with the training.

They pay you the least amount possible and if you're unhappy with pay, a discussion of a raise is not even considered . You're easily replaceable with someone else willing to work for less untill they find out just how bad it is there and the process starts all over again .

I feel unvalued with the way you are treated if you don't speak Spanish then your left out of everything

pay us for our work, pay us better, treat us better than their subpar racing team

Better work life balance, better pay plans

Review from Sales Dept

Not having it get cut for company profits to show shareholders

I do feel undervalued. I am the tops saleman at his store. Turns me down for promotion because as stated. You make us money back there. Why would we move you up?

Very much so. If they actually paid what i was told

I work 60+ hours a week and I always have problems with pay due to deals being held on finace and spiffs being at to my pay for no reason and paying back the money and not receving compensation for the taxes.

Review from Sales Dept

Fair opportunity to earn what I work for. True respect. True appreciation.

Review from Sales Dept

Not enough PTO, healthcare is rather lackluster. Pay is below average for the current times.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Yes my commission rate should've never dropped so the company could get more money

Review from Operations Dept

Complete corporate detachment with a rotten to the core culture.

As an out if town driver you don't work with any coworker's or managers. So when it comes to an opportunity to get a raise it kind of feels like no one knows how well im doing on my route. And it seems less likely to get a good dolid raise for the hard work being done

The service manger told me on my hire date that i would have a raise, but has yet to fulfill that promise.

No amount of money can compensate the way management treats their employees

open up the opportunities on a level field, stop being unfair and limit resources as you please, it must be illegal but who cares here they keep ;doing it and its I dont think is shoud be allowed in a real world.
