
I think the volume of agents we hire do not want to actually help the customers.
The leadership team, the agents that get hired. there is favoritism in the development ladder opposed to getting promoted for their work.
i think the management, leadership department needs to have better training. They act more like friends than leadership. no on has the initive to take a supervisor call, there has been time when they straight up said they didn't want to take the call and had the cst on hold.
