TEAMWORK AND WILLINGNESS TO GET HELP
They are very wonderful. I love them.
Frustrating. You can get involved in interesting projects with well qualified people yielding excellent work products, and then be completely ignored. At the same time you see the internal spin machine recognize projects of no significance or success.
I think they are too far gone to be fixed. It is an echo chamber and differing opinions will ruin your career opportunities.
Starts out well but the politics ruin alot of very good workers.
