I think this company works by Michael and Marco becouse even if they do a mistake they never get punished but if the other empolyes does then they get a rideup and a termention easily
Review from Operations Dept
This corporation needs to focus more on retaining employees not pressuring sales. Yearly increases should be more then 0.15
Work life balance for one
Better pay. More time off. More flexible schedule. Lower medical premiums.
Comp plans change every year for the worse.
Compared to other banks of equal size employees are paid less and benefits could be better.
Review from Operations Dept
The Bank/management strongly favors older white employees and pays them top dollar as I found out a couple weeks ago when a coworker and I were talking about compensation. He was quite surprised how much less I get paid for the exact same work and skills I have. I suggest paying employees by skill.
Review from Operations Dept
The management is very disrespectful
Underpaid by at least 20k
Review from Operations Dept
Pay is low. 2% raise (or less) once a year. Expensive benefits but not much coverage when needed. No stock options. Bank match 401k is nice
Why would an employee stay when we don't receive bonuses or a raise?!
