at least $50 per hour for a RN with 2 years experience who has been loyal, dedicated and overworked!!! Keep RN's happy and we will stay with the company long time!
Being fair to everyone doing the same job should get paid equally. Not using favoritism.
Management often threatened employees with loss of job, set employees against one-another
Better pay better healthcare rates
They have cut down on benefits Baptist is not the Baptist that used to be
My drive to want to do more and always taken on more tasks. Those are taken for granted
we do a lot of work. we need more benefits, better salary, betters conditions.
