The company looks for any excuse they can to avoid paying incentives, essentially turning their workforce into minimum wage employees.
The company tries to put up a very positive facade to offset the amount of abuse that we must take from both managers and clientele.
They hire through a third party company (Aerotek), who streamlined the interview/hiring process. After one face to face and one phone interview, I was hired.
Rules need to be implimented to protect the workers from abusive customers. Pay needs to improve. Management needs to start acting like they care about our wellbeing.
I am a home agent, so I only ever interact with my coworkers via phone meetings, but in general they seem just as unhappy with the company as I do.
