This company is simply awful in every way.
They clearly dont care who works there. They just beed butts in seats grinding away.
I like the independence allowed working with BetterHelp. The rate of pay has much to be desired. The majority of the time that I put into this job is not compensated. Hopefully this will change once I have higher numbers in my case load.
They consistently change compensation without warning. Not always beneficial changes, like cuts in time
It used to be great, however, with recent personell changes, it's become very clique-ish and a very difficult place to work in.
