Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
BetterHelp needs to value and fairly compensate staff instead of taking advantage of highly qualified employees or celebrity donations to "look good", claiming to offer free therapy where client state insurance can cover clients without cost in many state private practice or organizational settings
Preferred to the previous explaination.
Communicate pay rates in the beginning more clearly
Helping make the environment more open and accepting of everyone, beyond the superficial stuff nobody really cares about.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have a degree and pay is a little more than the unemployment pension
because i'm paid well below market value at an unlivable wage - more money is the only answer
The pay is based on the number of words you type. That's absurd.
Better rate of hourly pay
Haven't had a raise in 3 years. Benefits are terrible.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
there is no contact between coworkers
This company is simply awful in every way.
Less dumb meetings that don't have a purpose.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Telehealth platform, working from home, no contact with coworkers.

The environment is nice. The new building is beautiful.
My office is in my home which means that I do not have to worry about office politics.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Fair compensation practices based on hours worked
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was thorough, but the promise to have me onboarded and seeing clients within 2 weeks did not come through. I am still not working!
Everyone seemed really nice at first.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They clearly dont care who works there. They just beed butts in seats grinding away.
Clarity about payment and less sugarcoating
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my clients understanding their mental health and improving their quality of life.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The hourly rate of pay for therapists is demotivating and difficult to prioririse BH work which is not fair for the clients
Therapists and customers have major complaints.
