BetterHelp needs to value and fairly compensate staff instead of taking advantage of highly qualified employees or celebrity donations to "look good", claiming to offer free therapy where client state insurance can cover clients without cost in many state private practice or organizational settings

The pay rate is extremely low and the fact that sessions can only be 45 minutes means you have to grind away with many clients to make an hourly wage. Absolutely set up to favor the company and to push provides into having to see many, many clients to make it worth your time.
I have a degree and pay is a little more than the unemployment pension
because i'm paid well below market value at an unlivable wage - more money is the only answer
The pay is based on the number of words you type. That's absurd.

The interview process was thorough, but the promise to have me onboarded and seeing clients within 2 weeks did not come through. I am still not working!
