It is more of an onboarding process vs. an interview

It was more of an onboarding process and not really an interview process.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay rate is extremely low and the fact that sessions can only be 45 minutes means you have to grind away with many clients to make an hourly wage. Absolutely set up to favor the company and to push provides into having to see many, many clients to make it worth your time.
