Being able to interact with and help people.

There is no micro management.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Last week I spent 5 hours doing work and will be compensated for less than 30 minutes.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

My office is in my home which means that I do not have to worry about office politics.

They consistently change compensation without warning. Not always beneficial changes, like cuts in time
