Poorly organized. Salary discrepancies. Good place tonstart your career, but there is basically no room for growth beyond a certain point.
Decide what you want to accomplish and set clear priorities. Stop treating every new request as a fire drill that goes to the top of the list. Stop asking teams to completely reprioritize on a daily basis.
Org talks about growth and career opportunities, but as manager, org obstacles make it nearly impossible to promote competent, highly capable people. Personally, i advise high achievers to get all the experience they can and then leave the org if they honestly want to grow to next level.
