Committed to meaningful philanthropic work

Excellent benefits. Everything you can think of. There is a lot of flexibility in work hours.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Leadership needs to set clear priorities and stick to them, rather than changing their minds daily/weekly. Performance goals need to be more objective, and reviews less arbitrary. Stop tolerating the "difficult personalities" in leadership just because they have tenure.
