It's a great place with great benefits

The culture at Bloomberg Industry Group is extremely toxic. They speak of openness and collaboration, but you are not set up to succeed.

Org talks about growth and career opportunities, but as manager, org obstacles make it nearly impossible to promote competent, highly capable people. Personally, i advise high achievers to get all the experience they can and then leave the org if they honestly want to grow to next level.

Poorly organized. Salary discrepancies. Good place tonstart your career, but there is basically no room for growth beyond a certain point.

the work hard and are transparent

There are some great managers there. Some really excellent people who will work hard for you. When you have a bad one however, not much os done to cure it.

Being honest with employees about company policies.

Recognize contributions, and create true growth paths for young talent.

Decide what you want to accomplish and set clear priorities. Stop treating every new request as a fire drill that goes to the top of the list. Stop asking teams to completely reprioritize on a daily basis.

I have been at the company longer than anyone on my team and have the most experience. I was deemed a top performer repeatedly. I was still paid less, even after negotiating an increase.

Leadership needs to set clear priorities and stick to them, rather than changing their minds daily/weekly. Performance goals need to be more objective, and reviews less arbitrary. Stop tolerating the "difficult personalities" in leadership just because they have tenure.

Stop hiring inexperienced employees. Value your good employees and reward them. Stop being so excessively cheap on pay and you can actually retain talent. Create job growth oppotunities.
