Compensation should be competitive.. Also if the employee is not only holding up to the job responsibility but doing stuff outside of her scope they should be highly compensated. In order for them to continue to doing beyond her scope they should get a higher raise
I believe that we should be paid more as seasonal employees. I understand decreased pay while on leave but we should receive full pay while we're actually working.
