Hands off approach in general (i.e. not micromanaging)
Bonus plan is very good when we perform well.
Autonomy to work as I need to to accomplish my goals.
Know each other well and work to support each others areas as needed.
Was multi-layered with many people to talk with both in person and over the phone.
General culture is positive, there are areas which may have more demands and stress associated with them (i.e. sales) but outside of that it is very positive.
