Yes. You will need to communicate with your management team and inform them of your plans. They will very likely support your desire to switch teams in a strategy that supports both you and the company. It is my experience that Centric Consulting culture is intended to be as beneficial to the individual as it is the company.

You should receive an immediate response letting you know that your resume is under review. Our goal is to let candidates know if they are not moving forward within 24-48 hours after applying. However, depending on the volume of response to particular job postings, it can take longer. If you are selected for an interview, you will hear directly from a recruiter usually within the first week after applying.

Typically, you should hear back within a day or two. Sometimes if there are multiple candidates interviewing, it could take longer, but your recruiter should be setting that expectation with you before the interviews. Please always feel free to follow-up with your recruiter if you have not heard back in a timely manner.
