They are strategic without losing touch of the rest of the organization and the customers we work with. They are actively supporting the teams and seeking to remove blockers from our path. It's something to witness.

Everyone proactively seeks to help each other. I've worked in organizations where people were open to helping each other but I had never seen at this scale an entire company of people that are committed to helping you succeed.

Working with a platform that genuinely makes our customers lives easier and helps employees feel more connected to their work. That added with the benefit of working with really smart people that are always open to pushing the status quo.

It's one of the most inclusive work environments I've ever had the pleasure of working in. People are really supportive of each other and managers take the time to discern what success would look like for you individually as opposed to a one size fits all approach.
