What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team here trusts their employees to do their work and lead the company to success. There is something to be said for that since it leads to an inclusive environment and a transparent style of running a business. The culture comes from the top and we have the best!

Centrical truly takes into consideration all aspects of compensation for us. Its super holistic and takes into account not only base but other benefits and growth opportunity.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is super collaborative and there is always someone to help you with a problem should you need to brainstorm. There is also an incredible amount of respect and trust which creates a real ease of working together I havent had in other roles!

The community and trusting environment. There is a true understanding the work is work and we are all human beings and should treat each other as such. So we are able to collaborate, disagree even, but at the end of the day we are people and its a true family.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I really liked that I was able to directly speak with the CEO. I feel that a culture really starts from the top down and being able to get an honest and transparent view of the org from the top was super valuable to me.

That the interviews were conducted to genuinely get to know me as an individual and person. It helped me feel a genuine connection to the company but the people I will be working with!
