What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is extremely transparent in regards to the company goals and progress. In addition they are all genuinely good human beings who really care about their employees!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone cares about each other. We all understand that as human beings, there are things in life outside of work and not only do we understand that but we celebrate it!
What did you like most about the interview process?
That the interviews were conducted to genuinely get to know me as an individual and person. It helped me feel a genuine connection to the company but the people I will be working with!
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team at Centrical is full of people just looking to work together towards a common goal. We all understand that ego has no place in our success and that mistakes help us grow. Its all about that "one team" mentality!
What makes you most happy at work?
I think what makes me the happiest at work is knowing that I am really adding value and that its appreciated. I like knowing that my work has an impact on the company and that management sees us as more than just a number.
