We use our own solution to keep everyone engaged
Those of us who have found the formula to success are very productive and are paid well. Unfortunately none of the Leadership Team takes in feedback and therefor does not listen to the success formula, nor do they disseminate that formula to others.

It’s supportive and collaborative but beyond that there are always opportunities to have fun and build relationships with colleagues through social events, team building activities, and other formal and informal event
The community and trusting environment. There is a true understanding the work is work and we are all human beings and should treat each other as such. So we are able to collaborate, disagree even, but at the end of the day we are people and its a true family.
