We have time off between Christmas and New Years for all employees and Summer Fridays (afternoons off during the months of July and August).

We have good insurance, summer Fridays (half days in July and August on Fridays), and a $500 stipend to use at our discretion every quarter.

My team members are also great friends and confidantes. They are so talented and most of what I have learned at Ceres I owe to my brilliant colleagues for teaching me.
