New CEO (Aug 16) has invigorated the leadership team and does a good job balancing leading from the middle (i.e. listening when teams tell him what they need to be successful) with making the tough decisions that fall to the CEO. Is making much-needed positive change--investing in employees and engaging customers. However, while change brings opportunity, it rarely comes easily/without pain especially for long-time employees comfortable with "but that's how we've always done it". Overall, I like and respect Matt and am confident he's focused on building a stronger business positioned for growth.
