What do you like best about the leadership team?The leadership team clearly works well together, has defined a clear strategy for the company, supports a culture of collaboration, teamwork, respect and transparency.
What is the best part about your compensation package?For the size of company compensation and benefits are very good.
What are some of the best things about your team?Everyone on the team works hard and is focused on helping our customers be successful with our products.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Better engagement from employees and less process from management.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Managers manage too much but don't really contribute to my growth. They often slow us down in order to have consistency.
