Our leadership team is always focused on moving forward- finding better ways or processes, always taking our feedback into account, and constantly asking "does this fit with our goals and values?" and as an employee, those are all things I deeply appreciate.
I love a day where I can look back and say, "Man it's 5 o'clock already?". Working collaboratively through projects, moving metrics forward for our clients, being able to come up with creative and engaging strategies- all awesome things I love about the Chatterkick way!
With the way our teams are broken out, we mainly interact within our smaller "pods", which allows us to create deeper relationships with our closest co-workers, which in turn helps us work better together. Outside of that, our role teams allows us to have a go-to source for expertise in our field.
It really felt like Chatterkick took the time to get to know me, my abilities, and my personality- and in turn, they let me get to know them too. It was a long process, with multiple interviews, but by the time I started, I felt like I already had begun developing relationships with my coworkers.
We have moved to a "Responsible PTO" plan, which allows us to work flexibly and take the time off that we need- without always feeling like we're counting hours. It's awesome to have a company that trusts us to be responsible with our working hours, but still allows us to take off when we need to.
I really enjoy the way that we show up for each other. Having each other's backs, always cheering each other on, and never feeling like you are alone (even working from home) is a huge culture perk. We also make time to play and get to know each other outside of our jobs, with trivia & other games.
