Communication and respect to others
Disrespect of employees behind their backs within the HR department. HR and Talent Department have no care of employees and candidate concerns and experiences.
Leadership ignores employee concerns and is all 'talk'. They will tell you how great they are, but in truth never play out what they promised.
Listen to your employees; and if they have concerns really do your due diligence as a leader and invest their concerns and do what needs to be done to make things right, even if it means someone in management needs an action plan.
