Treat me fair, pay me a nice wage, pat me on the back once in a while and I am good....

Everything moves quickly and there is not much time to reflect because the next deal is always in front of you....its good to be busy.

Feedback and lately more access which helps with getting the message out to my team. Understanding the plan allows for strategic decision-making and transparency, while knowing the details enables efficient execution and buy-in from employees.

Coming from another Bank a few years back where management created a poor work environment by being overly critical and condescending to their staff and work partners. Here I see collaboration and appreciative behaviors where we are teammates not adversaries.

My team is very diverse, everyone has their own strengths and I lean on those traits. Most of my employees are what I call "High Professional"...meaning they like the work they do and are very good at it. They are SME and very consistent.
