My experience with the company has been great and even through many changes we have persevered and remained a leader in the market and focused on helping our customers.

Everyone works together to get the job done.

We are all goal oriented and treat each other with respect.

I appreciate that they seem genuine and open, not treating employees as lesser.

We offer great PTO and 401K match. I do with we offered stock options though.

The leadership team is very personable and I feel like I truly matter to them, and as a part of our company.

It seems that very few companies today do a $1 for $1 match for 401K. I find it impressive that our company offers such a benefit.

All compensation seems competitive, however I appreciate that our company offers many employee care/ lifestyle benefits that are unique to our culture - BOLI, new home and baby benefits, Elite Healthcare, etc.

Our company and its people relentlessly support one another, which has become even more clear during COVID where we went to a work-from-home environment. CNB quickly put together CNB Strong and marketing came together to offer positive encouragement emails and activities to promote well-being.

I am so humbled with the opportunity I have been given to work with this company, maintain a fully remote position when I relocated out of our branch footprint, and have the flexibility to manage my own schedule, to be a full time employee and a mom is invaluable to me.
