Not sure if i will rate the culture diverse, as a young African American person i will like to see more people of color in more prominent positions like the executive team or board of directors.
AS a client service associate, my job is very demanding and i play a very important role in maintaining the bank's most valuable clients. Compare with other banks are paying for the same role, i can assure you i can significantly under paid. What will keep me at CNB is a pay increase.
