For the amount of work I'm expected to do, I feel I'm very fairly compensated. The work/life balance is good.
Even though we're a completely virtual company, management and coworkers go out of their way to make personal connections with each other.
We all try to help each other as much as possible through sharing knowledge. Teammates will volunteer to help each other work through problems and come up with solutions.
They are very open to new ideas and staff input. They're not afraid to change things quickly if they're not working. They always seek new ways to improve the employee experience
I enjoy learning new things and that's a daily occurrence at this company. I also really like most everyone that I work with, so I look forward to talking to them virtually, each day.
I really enjoyed meeting and interviewing with the CEO, Tal. I've never worked anywhere before where the CEO actually cared enough to interview potential new hires. He's an inspiring person, so it was really fund to get face time with him.
