We are grouped together by our skillset and meet weekly to share updates, learn about company or industry wide news. Or entire company is remote so all of our work is done virtually.
They meet with senior consultants as a group to share ideas, upcoming changes, and solicit our feedback before rolling out company- wide initiatives. This way as a senior consultant, I get direct access to the leadership team and feel like I help shape offer influence the direction of the company.
