This is all up to the individuals. Comcast does not pressure their employees to work when they are with their family’s. They are more then fair. Sure on occasion we have storms that come in and we need to lend support but other than that it is really good

Work life balance was good With the exception of you UAPs . 11 minutes late and you get a Half UAP.. vacation time available but not accessible on the same day. No exceptions This encourages absenteeism

Work life balance can be rough at times because there really is no set time to get off work I get off when all work is complete and sometimes that’s 9pm and not having the opportunity to have weekends off is inconvenient
