Not great. IBC and Accolade (3rd party interface that is advertised as being your advocate, but really just is a screen between IBC and the employee) seem to default to not covered so you have to fight to actually get care paid by IBC. This has been the worst health care insurance experience of my career over several companies, even small ones.
