
Every year, they have a shift bid process where someone can look at available shifts to fill and switch their schedule. Depending on their shift, they are assigned to different teams/supervisors. In order to change departments, you need to be in your current position for 1 year.
uncommon to get out of call center. what they call career advancement is staying within the building .... the thought of getting your foot in the door and moving up to other departments outside of call center is non existent
They like to brag that they do a lot of hiring within, which they do, so I would like to say pretty common, but people have to pretty much die for positions to open.
