
Regardless of title, everyone gets 2 weeks vacation, 8 days of flex and 3 days of float holidays (total of 21 days annually). You get an additional week of vacation on the anniversary of your 5th year, and yet another week on the anniversary of your 10th year (max of 31 days in total after 10 years)
you can't take the time off or you will not hit your goals. Quota Relief does not reflect real world needs. Must take at least 4 days...in a row...and request them 30 days prior....
It doesn’t affect me but some employees are upset that only 20% of the staff can be off at one time. Managment not willing to budge.
