Every level in the company makes frequent required connections with our customers and everyone participates in elevations on where and how we can improve. Programs and training, departments and services are often evolving and adjusting to raise the bar. This company supports Top Down and Bottom Up as well as true cross functional communication. I love that our Leadership wants our job to be easy and wants to support us in our drive to success!
I did very well in call center at comcast and was number one in sales. I did well in spite of leadership. They stress first call resolution but do nothing (including not taking escalations) to help customer service reps. This comes from top down. The call center is like a revolving door. ... and because of the revolving door they have newbie agents all the time. This is the reason for Number One in customer dis-satisfaction
