    Fun and collaborative. It's a fast paced, dynamic environment that rewards success and supports growth through hands on development. It's an inclusive environment that welcomes new ideas to the table and it's a company willing to take risks and do what's right for the employees and for our customers. I work full time 40 hours. Comcast does pay overtime when available or requested.

    The vibe working for comcast was very very very stressful. Constant back to back calls. Little to no support for irate customers. Standard reply for " I want to speak to a supe is, they will call you back" which they almost never ever do

    40 hours a week. Some people do become like second family, others only see you as people to throw under the bus.

    Great atmosphere with great co-workers. I work 40 hrs/wk with opportunities for overtime usually every 2-3 weeks.
