    The pay includes many factors based on experience, performance commission structure, quarterly bonuses and yearly merit raises, not to mention the health and financial benefits and other forms of compensation. Having said that, the cost of living in most areas has gone up dramatically and the expectation of our customers is always higher as we raise the bar. While it's often stated the pay is market based, and I'll agree it's fair, perhaps more than fair, it is not exceptional. To be an exceptional company you have to have exceptional employees across the board, and this means exceptional pay. We have lost a lot of exceptional talent to other companies over the years, simply because the wages did cover the cost of living. If you look at the cars employees drive and ask them where they live, you will understand the real struggle many families make, and having a competitive pay with industry averages for "customer service" is not enough for what we need to accomplish to be the best.

    comcast in fort myers florida the pay is not good ...13 per hour plus poor commisions however employees think this is good for florida. Mind you , everyone is struggling to afford their 2 bed apartments.

    Starting rate was between $14-$15/hr. After the 6-8 week training, you will start your regular shift. Second shift associates do receive a 10% shift differential.
