Company culture is a cult. As long as you tow the company line and cheer about everything, you’re looked upon favorably. Comcast wants to be like Apple so all the marketing and technology reflects that but operates internally like it is 1985.

philosophically great....locally they call it Cultcast. If you dont drink the koolaid you will not be there long
