
Basically, they are a "butts in chairs", old school company. They have a high level of control over their employees so working from home is not a part of their company culture. This topic has been brought up many times with the executives and they refuse to consider any policies on this.
Used to be great until recent. Now we have meetings every day in the office at the end if the day.
Varies between each department and supervisor, but if you're able to and need to they're generally open to it.
Depends on where you work but some positions do have WFH schedules.
What work from home policy? That is a no no.
We do 2-days/week from home, after 6 months of employment.
