Initially comapny and Vision was good, Just because of some wrong hirings it is getting very worst and people coming to work with pressured. Please hire some one who is much qualified and experienced just because of a director complete team gets effected.

Leadership Team need to understand the Ground Reality and know the Facts how the process works in Recruitment. Hiring Director level people who dont even know the process and dont understand and simply things it is really effecting the team as well company.
Working in all areas and helping the Managers even after when it comes to Incentives and Salary they give all unwanted excuses. Hiring new managers who are not even experienced and who dont have the knowledge about the process they get paid very well which is very much unfair.
Just because of wrong Hirings people coming with 0 experience in recruiting and implementing things which have no use, Instead of that help the existing team to achieve that position, Director level people who dont have experience trusting them and not trusting the team who worked at best.
