The team which I am working is good and best but the person driving this team is not eligible because of less experience and lacking in management skills. Company has hired a person who doesn't have hands on experience in this field.
Management is providing high salary to unexperienced person and those who are eligible and qualified person are not getting the salary hike. When qualified and hard working employe ask for hike Management is showing is company running in loss and doing cost deduction and may be next year we will do.
