There should be proper roles and responsibilities. Giving promotions and helping the employee reach the next level rather than staying in the same position for years. Respect the employees.
I request that the leadership team (Anji/Chandra) should know what exactly is happening at ground level. I request that they have a call once every 2 months or quarterly with ground-level teams to know exactly what is happening at ground level.

The incentives we are getting now are worse. Previously, it was OK. The dollar margin we are making is high. Usually, we get incentives based on the dollar margin. I request that the HR team check with other staffing companies to see how they are paying incentives and, if possible, please fix.
