Variable pay is not reliable. KPAS should be consistent, achievable, and realistic, but they are not. Lot of money to hire new staff but not for rewarding those who did the work. Base salary should be higher since not much is actually approved for variable pay.

No disability insurance, group life insurance is nice but coverage amount is too low, health insurance is good but so expensive for dependants, 401K match is nice but it is small, anniversary recognition is kind gesture but the gift is cheap, no year-end or holiday bonus, compensation is unreliable
