
Again, remote and freelance means there is no face to face interaction. But the online culture among coworkers is encouraging and positive.
Crowd Surf is piecemeal, freelance work. That said, they pay pennies for work that would rightfully cost $$$ if you hired privately.
The work is challenging and varied and I almost never get bored. I learn a lot from the work that comes down the pipeline.
As remote freelancers, we have to help each other out via forums and social media, because we have no direct interaction with administration. Thank goodness we have each other.
