
90% of employees here are under-compensated, personally I've pushed for what I need, although it is hard to see some very talented people be undervalued, underpaid & to watch great talent leave so frequently is extremely discouraging.
Communication would drastically change the quality of the culture at Crunch. Also, ensuring the right people are in the right roles & if not, replacing them with those that can successfully complete the job(s) at hand. The amount of work is not spread equally & effort put forth is very single-sided
