
Coworkers are either coming to work high, completely inept, or have serious attitude problems.
Leadership needs to learn to follow through with promises and listen to their employees more.
Have people who actually work at the stores conduct the interviews instead of an outside consulting group.
The overall package could be better even if the hourly wage was acceptable. The rest of the benefits are non-existent
They need to do a better job hiring employees, and then treating those employees fairly. I'm sure part of the reason their work-force is such low quality is because of management's treatment of their workers
I'm disabled, and they made absolutely non accommodations for me, scheduled me more hours than I'm legally allowed to work, and just paid lip service when it came to solving problems. All they care about is the bottom line, and until they treat the employees fairly, it's going to be toxic
